1. Fees are subject to change, depending on economic situation and discretion of the CaseTrust Management Committee.
2. ^ Interim assessment is conducted every 2 years.
3. Application and Full Assessment fees are to be paid in advance.
4. Applicant must go through the full assessment first, and the interim assessment after 2 years.
5. Annual Management Fee is paid only after the applicant clears the assessment process.
