of the CaseTrust Management Committee.

4. Application and Full Assessment fees are to be paid in advance.
5. Applicant must go through the full assessment first, and the interim
assessment after 2 years.
6. Annual Management Fee is paid only after the applicant clears the assessment
process.
7. + FA stands for "Sales Turnover"
8. 50% of Full Assessment Fees, capped at $800 would be subsidized by trust mark certification fees funded by IDA for eligible applicants. |
